We are preparing online enquiry collection. Submissions remain disabled until our full legal entity name and privacy contact are confirmed.
Information you provide
When enabled, the RFQ form will collect company and contact information, product requirements, quantity, pricing preferences, services, destination and optional attachments. Please provide business information only.
Purpose and processing
Information is used to review your request, prepare quotations and coordinate related business correspondence. It is not an automatic subscription to marketing.
Hosting and storage
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. The proposed enquiry workflow stores submissions and attachments in a private Cloudflare D1 database, accessible to authorized account administrators. Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver and protect the service. Notification email is not configured. No CRM or analytics service is currently connected.
Retention and your requests
The retention period, privacy contact, legal entity details and applicable cross-border processing disclosures must be finalized before collection begins. These are launch configuration requirements, not completed legal disclosures.
